Systemadministrator m/w/x

Resolve planned hardware and software issues remotely via email or phone, and perform installations and configurations to support third-level operations. Travel to Berlin-based clients when remote resolution is not feasible. Document all problems and solutions in the ticket system to ensure timely support request completion and contribute to the internal IT knowledge base and customer documentation. Maintain service orientation while managing workloads. Requires multiple years of experience in the Microsoft environment with backup and security products, ideally with MCSA or MCSE certifications.
