System Vulnerability Analyst

Job Summary
System Vulnerability Analyst responsible for identifying vulnerabilities and potential attacks on system design and operation (hardware, software, personnel, procedures, logistics, and physical security), relating vulnerabilities to operational effects, and developing countermeasures. Will compare attack techniques, produce formal and informal reports/briefings on actual and potential attacks, and analyze data to detect malicious or unauthorized activity. Requires experience with network analysis, network anomaly detection, IOC, the MITRE ATT&CK framework, AMOD tools, and a Zero Trust security posture. Must have TS.SCI w/ FSP active and current in MD; degree and experience requirements include a Bachelor’s with 8+ years, Master’s with 6+ years, or Doctoral with 4+ years in relevant cybersecurity fields. Position is 100% on-site in Annapolis Junction, MD, with security-clearance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- TS.SCI w/ FSP active and current in MD
- A Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience
- Doctoral degree and 4 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and/pr system engineering
- Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course), Undergraduate Cyber Training (UCT), Network Warfare Bridge Course (NWBC)/Intermediate Network Warfare Training (INWT), Cyber Defense Operations
