Job Summary
Develop test specifications, define test strategies, and execute verification activities for complex automotive systems including automated driving and ADAS. Create and maintain test cases, function variants, and automated scripts while analyzing results and managing test suites. Execute verification plans, register outcomes, perform failure analysis, and generate final reports to ensure complete requirement coverage. Manage assigned test areas, delegate tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement activities. Requires strong experience in safety-critical system verification, CAN tools, and Python/C++ scripting.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in system verification and validation within automotive or embedded systems
- Excellent understanding of testing methodologies for Automated Driving Systems
- Excellent understanding of testing methodologies for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Excellent understanding of testing methodologies for Vehicle Dynamics systems, including steering and braking
- Experience designing tests for safety-critical systems
- Broad knowledge of verification activities at Unit level
- Broad knowledge of verification activities at Device level
- Broad knowledge of verification activities at Sub-system level
- Broad knowledge of verification activities at System level
- Broad knowledge of verification activities at Vehicle level
- Experience developing both manual and automated test solutions
- Understanding of automotive EE architectures and vehicle functions
- Awareness of current trends in commercial vehicle technology and verification practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Valid C or CE driving license
- Experience with Requirements management tools such as SE-Tool or similar System Weaver-based platforms
- Experience with CAN communication and analysis tools: CANalyzer, CANoe, or similar CAN-based tools
- Experience with dSPACE tools: AutomationDesk, ControlDesk, or similar test automation platforms
- Experience with Version control systems: Git
- Programming and scripting experience in Python, PyTest, or C++
- Experience with Python-based analysis of logged vehicle and test data
