Job Summary
System Test Specialist to own system-level quality for healthcare software solutions; lead and coordinate system testing across components, oversee internal and customer acceptance testing, and drive validation phases with agile/DevOps teams. Collaborates with development, release governance, and customers to ensure end-to-end functionality, cross-functional workflows, and readiness for release. Emphasizes hands-on testing, test planning, risk tracking, defect resolution, and providing test evidence during customer pilots; supports testing activities for multinational teams in a hybrid work model based in Espoo, Finland.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in system testing, integration testing, or end-to-end testing in complex software environments
- Hands-on testing experience combined with strong coordination and communication skills
- Understanding of agile and/or DevOps development models and continuous delivery
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, testers, and customers
- Confidence to support customer-facing testing activities in a professional and transparent manner
