Job Summary
System Test Specialist at Tieto Caretech responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing system-level testing across multiple components and teams, ensuring end-to-end functionality and cross-functional workflows before release; acts as central support during customer acceptance and piloting, providing test evidence and testing-related support, and aligning team testing results into a coherent system-level quality view; requires hands-on system, integration, or end-to-end testing experience, strong coordination and communication skills, and familiarity with agile/DevOps practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in system testing, integration testing, or end-to-end testing in complex software environments
- Hands-on testing experience with strong coordination and communication skills
- Understanding of agile and/or DevOps development models and continuous delivery
- Ability to collaborate with developers, testers, and customers
- Confidence to support customer-facing testing activities in a professional and transparent manner
