Job Summary
System Test Engineer to work on our next-gen industrial automation products (PLC controllers, HMI, IO peripherals). You will analyze design and requirements against customer needs, identify system weaknesses through systematic methods, build in-house system applications to validate product robustness and performance, and develop automation frameworks for product validations. The role emphasizes strong communication, curiosity, and a passion for testing; fresh graduates are welcome, with potential consideration for senior roles based on experience. Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy requires on-site presence at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at a Rockwell location in Singapore unless there is a business obligation out of the office.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Experience with testing and automation is a plus
