Job Summary
System Technical Support L1 role providing first-line support for Geek+ AMR systems in Canada. Responsibilities include delivering timely responses and solutions to customer issues, recording events in the SS ticket system, prioritizing events and escalating by impact/severity, assisting with PROD issues for both software and hardware teams, and documenting/maintaining system knowledge for the internal team. Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required. On-site in Markham, Ontario.
