Job Summary
System Support Technician responsible for Tier 1-2 technology support across hardware, software, and core enterprise systems; owns incidents and service requests end-to-end, diagnoses issues across desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, VPN, and business apps; escalates complex problems and tracks them through closure; provisions and maintains Active Directory/Entra ID accounts; supports onboarding/offboarding with secure access changes; assists with endpoint management via Intune/Autopilot; monitors scheduled processes and file transfers; performs backups/restores and retransmissions; contributes to security, audit evidence, and PCI DSS-aligned controls; work-from-home flexibility supports remote collaboration and timely updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years IT support experience
- Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-focused communication
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, ITSM tools (e.g., SysAid), Defender/CrowdStrike, BitLocker, MFA, TCP/IP
