Job Summary
System Specialist WMS Superuser responsible for the efficient transmission and storage/analysis of information via networks and databases, including installing, maintaining, and supporting facilities computer systems; will work with WMS-Red Prairie and SAP, develop tracking tools, generate regular reports, train associates on SOPs and MS Office, coordinate with IT and operations, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure site efficiency and data availability.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in computer-related field or two-year degree and relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of job-related/relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients
- End-to-end understanding of business intelligence and all components required to run a BI environment
- Experience with WMS (Red Prairie) and SAP
- Experience with RF/Gun technologies and RF systems
- UNIX experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to train associates on updated SOPs
- Ability to produce regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Able to work on-call outside normal business hours
- Strong communication and professional etiquette
