Job Summary
Design and develop IBM Power-based infrastructure solutions aligned with customer requirements; plan virtualization configurations and resource allocation; contribute to disaster recovery and high-availability solution development; collaborate with customers and service delivery teams; produce high-quality technical documentation; continuously develop expertise in IBM Power and related infrastructure technologies; participate in lifecycle planning and modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in IBM Power environments and infrastructure operations
- Understanding of IBM Power Systems architecture
- Experience with PowerVM and LPAR virtualization
- HMC management
- AIX and/or Linux environments
- High availability and backup solutions
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Understanding of HA/DR principles and operational best practices
- Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation
- Strong customer communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills
- Willingness to travel within Finland as needed
- SUPO security clearance procedures
Additional Requirements
- Must pass Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (SUPO) security clearance procedures
