Job Summary
System Specialist responsible for end-to-end instrument support: performing repairs, preventive maintenance, electrical checks and HW/SW updates; installing and testing instruments at customers' premises; conducting startup and training; developing demos with Marketing and Sales; managing IT integration (host/middleware, cybersecurity basics, Salesforce usage for activity tracking); ensuring proper calibration, QC, and correct laboratory procedures; troubleshooting and reporting issues; managing spare parts and documentation; and providing on-site/remote support as needed. Requires strong technical background, customer-facing skills, ability to work across installation phases, IT connectivity know-how, willingness to travel within Italy, and English proficiency. Location: Emilia-Romagna or Marche, Italy with occasional travel within Italy; permanent full-time role with company car and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Background
- High school diploma or degree (Engineer or Biological Science)
- Experience in the after-sales field (technical/Application)
- Laboratory field is a preferred option
- English is a requirement to follow Corporate Training and understand technical documentation
