Job Summary
Conduct repairs, preventive maintenance, electrical checks, and HW/SW updates of diagnostic instruments per Area Service Manager schedules. Install, test, and move instruments at customer premises while managing post-sales cycles from pre-installation through decontamination. Perform system start-ups, train staff, and install ELISA protocols and methods, correlating results with technological changes. Analyze customer determination progress, highlight business risks, and manage IT system integration including host/middleware connections and cybersecurity basics. Develop demos with Marketing and Sales, track on-site support via Salesforce, and oversee spare parts warehouse accounts. Perform troubleshooting ensuring IFU compliance, report complaints, and manage emergency call planning with Admin & Dispatch. Maintain assigned measuring instruments in perfect working order and ensure safety instruction compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or degree (Engineer or Biological Science)
- Experience in the after-sales field (technical/Application)
- English
- Usage of tools to carry out technical assistance and specialist support activities
- Basic knowledge of IT tools (Mail, Office, application SW, etc ...)
- Basic Knowledge of connectivity and cybersecurity aspects
- Travel Availability: Yes, within the assigned Territory and occasionally in other territories (Italy)
- Individuals hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work and may be subject to a background check and drug screening
