Job Summary
System Software Engineer III focusing on Python automation for Multi-Features Test (MFT) in a networking/telecom-like environment. Design and architect end-to-end multi-feature test solutions rooted in real customer use cases and deployment environments, emphasizing feature interactions and cross-technology behaviors. Develop a robust test strategy and topologies that mirror customer production setups, perform manual exploratory testing, identify defects, and automate validation using PyTest (ROBOT beneficial). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, architecture, DevOps, support) to align testing with release goals and quality standards. Minimum qualifications include BE/Mtech/BS/MS/MCA and 8-12 years of relevant experience; strong automation background and Python proficiency; and experience with MPLS (RSVP/LDP), SR-MPLS, SRv6, L2VPN/L3VPN/EVPN, multicast, security, telemetry, and testing automation. Location is onsite in Bengaluru, India.
Required Qualifications
- BE/Mtech/BS/MS/MCA in EE/CS or similar field
- 8-12 years’ of relevant experience
- JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE or equivalent certification can be added advantage
- Automation Background and Python Proficiency
- Proficiency in PyTest and familiarity with ROBOT is beneficial
- Networking test equipment experience with Spirent and Keysight Ixia
- Strong analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills
- BE/Mtech/BS/MS/MCA in EE/CS or similar field is desired
