Job Summary
Support SAP system operations and resolve day-to-day system issues while analyzing and improving business processes for procurement, inventory, production, and logistics. Gather requirements for system enhancements, provide user support and training, and monitor performance to ensure data accuracy. Prepare supply chain performance reports, develop process documentation, and participate in implementation and upgrade projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of SAP/ERP experience with knowledge of MM, PP, SD, or WM/EWM modules. Based in a manufacturing environment within Nexperia's semiconductor development team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in SAP, ERP systems, or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales & Distribution), or WM/EWM
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
