Job Summary
Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy while administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID. Configure enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN networks, Cisco switches, routers, and VLANs, and maintain wireless infrastructure and access point controllers. Implement server hardening, security best practices, and vulnerability assessments; manage firewalls including Fortigate and pfSense. Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, and Hyper-V environments, execute backup verification with Veeam, and monitor infrastructure availability. Troubleshoot complex server, network, and security incidents while maintaining technical documentation and SOPs. Requires five years of experience in systems and network administration with strong expertise in Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies
- Strong networking and cybersecurity background
- Experience with virtualization and enterprise infrastructure
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Systems & Network Administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server & Active Directory
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware ESXi/vCenter & Hyper-V
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Switching & Routing
- Strong hands-on experience with VLANs, VPNs, WLAN & Network Security
- Strong hands-on experience with Fortigate / pfSense Firewalls
- Strong hands-on experience with Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux Server Administration
