Job Summary
Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environments, and on-premises Windows Server virtual machines while developing PowerShell scripts to automate deployments and routine tasks. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including Fortinet firewalls, Aruba switches, and VLANs, applying hardening standards to address vulnerabilities. Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and patching cycles across multi-site cloud and on-premises environments, acting as the senior escalation point for complex issues. Lead infrastructure projects, coordinate deployments with external vendors, and apply ITIL practices to incident, problem, and change management. Provide technical leadership by mentoring team members and scoping capital and operating budget plans.
