System Manager Payer Analytics Economics

Job Summary
Manage the labor and operations of the Payer Analytics & Economics team, including hiring, orienting, and developing staff. Oversee quality control of analytics deliverables and financial models to support reimbursement rate negotiations with governmental and commercial payers. Review contract terms, interpret payer policies, and analyze financial performance to determine profitability and publish managed care performance statements. Develop complex models to evaluate new strategies, rate structures, and regulatory changes, then present results to senior leadership for decision-making. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or healthcare, five years of experience in financial analysis and contract analysis, and two years in a supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Other Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare or related field. or Equivalent education and experience in related field(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Five (5) years of experience in contributing to profitability through detailed financial analysis and efficient delivery of data management strategies supporting contract analysis, trend management, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and/or healthcare operations.
- Two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role
