Job Summary
Oversee the system management of mobile medical equipment and the facilities’ call center within UofL Health's supply chain. Responsible for cleaning, distribution, equipment labeling and date-tracking of medical equipment and gas tanks across all facilities. Manage daily activities of the materials management call center, ensure requests are documented and routed per established procedures, supervise staff to complete tasks accurately and timely, ensure equipment availability, and maintain logs and scripts for calls and equipment. Utilize reporting matrices to track calls and equipment and ensure logs are properly maintained.
