Job Summary
Coordinate and manage the integration of mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems into complete transmission solutions across development and production phases. Define system-level requirements, interface specifications, and high-level technical overviews while leading integration planning, timelines, and risk assessments. Ensure subsystem compatibility throughout the product lifecycle and support prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting activities. Collaborate with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to resolve integration challenges and document status, issues, and resolutions. Release internal and external technical product documentation linked to transmission configurations. Master's degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years of automotive system integration experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in Engineering or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in System integration within automotive industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electronics and software
- Knowledge of system engineering tools (requirement management tool)
- Good level of English
- Team player, pro-active and result-driven
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
- Customer oriented mindset
