System Integration & Testing Engineer (MPL/Senior) - On-site

Job Summary
Lead test planning, integration management, and software release management for vehicle development programs. Integrate embedded software, ECUs, sensors, actuators, and networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet). Manage configuration, flashing, and version control of software into ECUs. Develop test scope, bench integration environments, and instrumentation strategies for automated and functional integration testing of distributed vehicle features. Perform manual and automated testing, analyze results, and generate detailed test reports aligned with sprint schedules. Collaborate with Software, Hardware, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and issue resolution. Lead continuous improvement to expand automation and test reliability; support troubleshooting of EE systems across HW/SW domains. Willingness to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
