Job Summary
Design and maintain test concepts, frameworks, and toolchains for hardware-software integration across hearing aid platform development stages. Execute integration tests including Wireless and Electro-Acoustic measurements, analyze results, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive technical solutions for product quality. Work hands-on with FPGA boards, firmware, and electronic components to support early-stage product development, while preparing test plans and improving the ITS test framework. Ensure project documentation complies with medical device standards and supervise student work packages. This role requires a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and experience with MATLAB, Python, and embedded systems.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, Embedded Systems, or a comparable technical discipline
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Relevant experience in system integration, hardware-software integration, test engineering, embedded systems, electronics, or a related field
- experience in medical devices or hearing technology
- Hands-on experience with FPGA boards and electronic hardware
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience of MATLAB, Python, or similar technical/programming tools
