System Integration Engineer (C# .NET)

Job Summary
Develop new integration solutions and features while maintaining and improving existing services for ICA Insurance's business-critical systems. Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to support deployment and operational activities. Contribute to continuous improvements across the integration platform, ensuring reliable integrations that power digital services. Work on-site in Sarajevo within the Integration Team, partnering with Swedish and Bosnian colleagues to deliver new functionality. Join a long-term partnership focused on deep expertise and stability, supported by access to ICA's learning hub and travel opportunities to Sweden.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with .NET Core and C#
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Experience with Microservice Architecture
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work across both development and operational responsibilities
- Fluent English communication skills
- On-site in Sarajevo
