System Integration Analyst

Job Summary
Review alerts, dashboards, and overnight run logs to verify scheduled transfers and ETL activity, validating data points against expected results and opening follow-ups for items outside established tolerances. Translate stakeholder conversations into clear requirements, outline dependencies, and align on delivery timelines while assessing test results and refining configuration notes. Shift quickly into triage when incidents arise, communicating status, documenting findings, and coordinating controlled recovery and verification. Design, configure, develop, and support integrations across Jack Henry environments using APIs, ETL, file transfers, and middleware, writing scripts for data transformation and troubleshooting production issues. Maintain detailed artifacts including data mappings, specs, workflows, and change logs to meet security, data integrity, and regulatory expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience
- Deep experience with system integrations technologies including core banking specific solutions and Mulesoft
- Strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft 365
- Strong working knowledge of online & mobile banking applications
- General software troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of bank operations and workflows
- Strong follow-up and follow-through
- Ability to Make Decisions Considering all Stakeholders
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Adaptable to an Internally and Externally Changing Environment
- Operational with a Proven Ability to Develop Procedures
- Time Management with a Proven Ability to Meet Deadlines
- Hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days working from home after the initial training period
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cold storage systems
- Previous Digital Banking or Technical Support Experience
