Job Summary
Lead Northwell Health’s Leukemia Program as System Head, directing system-wide leukemia treatment protocols and leading innovative clinical research across a large health system. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of over 200 cancer specialists across 25 sub-specialties to provide comprehensive care to more than 19,000 patients annually. Mentor junior faculty, build a cohesive team, and drive strategic program development within a world-class cancer care environment, leveraging partnerships with the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory to advance breakthroughs in diagnosis and treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Hematologist-Oncologist
- MD degree
- leadership experience in a leukemia program
- ability to develop and implement system-wide treatment protocols
- experience with clinical research
- mentorship of junior faculty
- ability to collaborate across multiple specialties and facilities
