Job Summary
Manage requirements from concept to validation verification stages for new products by preparing documents, defining interfaces, and conducting analyses. Run system technical review boards, develop test plans, and build environments to execute formal procedures while investigating defects and verifying solutions. Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams and customers to coordinate test activities, interpret data, and map requirements to automated and manual test cases. Provide coaching to team members and expand knowledge of AI/ML models within an interdisciplinary environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of systems engineering experience, and a Canadian government security clearance. Salary is $95,000-$110,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Relevant systems engineering experience with complex electronic systems, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of applicable experience
- Requirements development and system design
- Requirements management tools
- Systems Engineering processes and tools
- Supporting System Integration and System Verification
- Understanding of Software and Systems Engineering principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct analysis leading to sound conclusions
- Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance
- Eligible to work in Canada
