Job Summary
Analyze customer technical requirements, finalize them with stakeholders, and decompose them into actionable work packages for R&D teams. Design technical solutions, define product scopes, and support commercial quotations with professional input. Manage requirement lifecycles using tools like Polariton, track development progress, and approve key project milestones. Compile and archive comprehensive documentation including specifications, data sheets, and V&V reports while maintaining alignment with internal and external stakeholders. This role serves as a technical bridge for the global rail transit engineering team, driving project delivery and ensuring seamless service deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in system integration (hardware-software combination)
- Profound understanding and practical experience in the full system development process
- Fluent English proficiency in both oral and written communication, capable of professional technical communication and documentation in English
- Excellent skills in creating and compiling technical documentation, with a focus on accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Self-driven, highly organized, and equipped with strong cross-team communication and coordination skills
Desired Qualifications
- candidates with a background in rolling stock subsystems or automotive industry subsystems are highly preferred
- Familiarity with the EN45545 standard is a significant plus
- A professional background in software development is a plus
