System Engineer

Job Summary
System Engineer role focused on developing and automating internal systems. You will build new functionality and integrations within internal business applications for Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations, design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports, and support troubleshooting across the organization. Responsibilities include creating solutions that enhance legal, operations, billing, and corporate reporting, building integrations between custom and third-party applications, gathering requirements from business stakeholders, performing ETL work, and contributing to agile development cycles. The role also involves documenting features, providing user training, and helping roadmap future enhancements. Key technical areas include .NET Framework/.NET Core, C# or Python, DevOps fundamentals, Azure services, JavaScript/Node.js, web stacks, relational databases (Azure SQL), ORM, microservices and REST APIs, and Power BI development, with a focus on collaboration and delivering timely, high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in Microsoft .NET Framework and/or .NET Core required
- Experience with C# or Python required
- Experience with DevOps fundamentals is required
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services is a plus
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks
- Knowledge of relational databases, especially Azure SQL, is preferred
- Knowledge of ORM is preferred
- Knowledge of Microservices and/or REST APIs is a plus
- Understanding of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
