Job Summary
Contribute to domain architecture development and specifications for cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers, and interfaces. Support projects through technical planning, requirements elicitation, and prioritization while aligning solutions with enterprise standards and security protocols. Manage change requests, document traceability, and monitor development project progress to ensure stakeholder resource availability. Investigate authorised changes to baseline requirements in line with change management policy. Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in IT with three years of post-related experience and a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance. Based onsite in The Hague, Netherlands, with some travel to other NATO sites.
Required Qualifications
- System-of-systems engineering and lifecycle management
- Requirements engineering and traceability, including use of structured tooling such as DOORS or equivalent
- Technical baseline and interface management
- Integration planning and verification strategy development
- Operational domain knowledge, particularly in AirC2, federated mission operations and NATO operational constructs
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at a nationally recognised/certified university in a technical subject with substantial Information Technology (IT) content
- 3 years post-related experience
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
- Human factors, usability analysis and user journey assessment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
- Knowledge of NATO organization, internal structure and resultant relationships
