Job Summary
System Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a variety of infrastructure and cloud-based technology solutions for clients in a fast-paced managed services environment. Lead technical projects from discovery to deployment, with a focus on firewall/VPN networking, Windows Server/Active Directory, SharePoint/Azure/Azure Virtual Desktop, Office 365/G Suite, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and remote access technologies. Must communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, maintain accurate documentation, and adapt to evolving technologies while managing multiple client environments and projects.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
