Job Summary
System Engineer specializing in Networking for Datacenter and Juniper portfolio, focusing on end-to-end technical designs, pre-sales support, and PoCs. Responsibilities include designing scalable data-center networks (spine-leaf, EVPN-VXLAN overlays), integrating with HPE compute/storage/cloud, delivering technical presentations and workshops to customers/partners, leading technical discovery sessions, producing high-level and low-level design documentation, building PoCs to showcase Juniper networking capabilities (automation, intent-based networking, telemetry), and supporting RFP/RFI responses with solution validation and ROI considerations. Required skills include deep DC networking knowledge (EVPN-VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS), hands-on experience with QFX/PTX/SRX, familiarity with Apstra, and strong communication with a consultative selling approach.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Pre-Sales experience in data center networking
- Strong knowledge of EVPN-VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS
- Hands-on experience with HPE Juniper Networking platforms (QFX, PTX, SRX)
- Experience with Apstra and data center automation
- Ability to deliver technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations
- Experience in PoCs and customer-facing engagements
- Consultative selling approach
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate requirements into architectures and designs
