Job Summary
Operate, maintain, and optimize global market data distribution platforms to ensure high availability, low latency, and system stability. Configure and support real-time market data environments across global infrastructures while monitoring performance, capacity, and availability for changing trading volumes. Troubleshoot complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to test, validate, and deploy new software releases. Manage system upgrades, security patches, and platform hygiene, supporting feed migrations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across monitoring and operational processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix operating systems in a production environment
- Good scripting skills using Shell (Bash/Korn Shell) and/or Python
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems
- Experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability production platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues under pressure
- Experience with system monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning
- Ability to work effectively in a global, highly collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
