Job Summary
Manage and support server infrastructure, including modern AI platforms, by installing, configuring, and servicing hardware. Perform diagnostics and resolution of hardware incidents, rack equipment, and cabling while monitoring infrastructure status and capacity planning. Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams on infrastructure design for new projects. Requires at least three years of experience with enterprise server hardware and data networks; English proficiency needed for technical discussions. Hybrid work available in Bratislava. Required Qualifications
- Skúsenosti (min. 3 roky) so serverovou infraštruktúrou
- Skúsenosti s enterprise serverovým hardvérom (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Supermicro alebo podobné platformy)
- Schopnosť samostatne diagnostikovať a riešiť hardvérové problémy
- Znalosť dátových sietí, rackovej infraštruktúry a kabeláže
- Schopnosť komunikovať v angličtine pri technických diskusiách, konferenčných hovoroch a riešení problémov s dodávateľmi
- Samostatnosť
- Zodpovedný a proaktívny prístup
Desired Qualifications
- Skúsenosť s AI alebo HPC infraštruktúrou
- Znalosť AI serverových platforiem a GPU technológií
- Pochopenie infraštruktúrnych nárokov AI workloadov na výkon, napájanie, chladenie a sieťovú konektivitu
