Job Summary
Conduct systems engineering activities across ISO/IEC 15288 process areas to shape requirements, architecture, integration, verification, planning, risk, configuration, quality, portfolio management, and acquisition. Analyze technical alternatives, propose engineering standards, and independently recommend approaches for project implementation. Develop and deliver work products while supervising contractor engineers and technicians. Brief stakeholders on technical status and approve delivery of multiple process area outputs. This Level 5 role requires a TS/SCI clearance and 15+ years of experience, offering a salary range of $204,100 to $219,000 in Fort Meade, Maryland.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizens

- Polygraph
- A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience
- A High School Diploma or GED
- nineteen (19) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area)
- A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience
- A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
