Job Summary
Conduct systems engineering activities across ISO/IEC 15288 process areas, including requirements, architecture, integration, verification, planning, risk, configuration, portfolio management, and acquisition/supply. Analyze technical alternatives for projects, propose appropriate engineering standards, and develop work products for Technical Process Areas. Independently recommend design elements and coordinate contractor engineers or technicians on projects. Evaluate suitability for project implementation and assist in developing innovative approaches to technical issues. Collaborate directly with Government stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain communication across teams. Requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, a Bachelor's degree plus ten years of experience (or equivalent), and a starting salary of $163,600 to $178,600 in San Antonio, Texas.
Required Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- ten (10) years of systems engineering experience
- A High School Diploma or GED
- fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area)
- A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- eight (8) years of systems engineering experience
- A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- eight (8) years of systems engineering experience
