System Engineer L6 - TS/SCI with Poly required

Job Summary

Support mission-focused SIGINT, RF collection, and telecommunications analysis operations within a fast-paced operational environment. Process DMR data using Lopers and Circuit Raptor, analyze survey data from IF-to-RF recordings, and validate operational data via software demodulation techniques. Troubleshoot RF systems including low-noise amplifiers, antennas, and 6–44 GHz microwave equipment while configuring Linux RHEL environments and Niagara Files data flows. Requires TS/SCI clearance with Poly, 20+ years systems engineering experience, and 10+ years in RF engineering.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • twenty (20) years of Systems Engineering experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • twenty-four (24) years of general Systems Engineering experience
  • Experience supporting digital telecommunications systems including CEPT, payload data, and signal structures
  • Experience processing DMR data utilizing Lopers and Circuit Raptor
  • Experience processing survey data from IF-to-RF recordings, Vita-49 streams, and snapshot captures
  • Experience utilizing software demodulation techniques to identify signal parameters and validate operational data
  • Experience supporting 2G/3G/4G cellular communications systems and PIT radio processing
  • Experience utilizing DRT, Whistle, Salvage, and BSAW for operational signal processing and exploitation
  • Experience utilizing DRT for surveys and integration with various hardware and signal processing cards
  • Experience supporting Linux RHEL 7, RHEL 8, and Rocky Linux 9 operational environments
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting Niagara Files (NiFi) data flows and resolving operational outages
  • 10+ years of RF Engineering experience supporting microwave systems and microwave collection operations
  • Experience performing RF testing and troubleshooting of low-noise amplifiers, filters, combiners, bias-tees, antennas, positioners, low-loss cables, RF adapters, and E-Band systems
  • 10+ years experience supporting antenna and feed systems including gain characterization and VSWR validation across operational ranges
  • Experience utilizing block down-converters and associated RF testing equipment
  • 10+ years experience testing and validating 6–44 GHz microwave equipment including receivers and demodulators
  • Experience supporting systems utilizing Vita-49 and SOTF protocols
