System Engineer III

Define, document, and maintain Concepts of Operations, operational requirements, system requirements, and use cases to support system development for the Maryland Procurement Office. Perform high-level system design, including specification of system and component performance requirements and interface definitions. Develop and support installation, integration, and acceptance test plans while continuously assessing organizational processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Coordinate with customers and project teams to ensure delivered solutions satisfy mission and technical requirements. Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for solutions developed by product and engineering teams. Support systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning. Provide technical input to planning, risk management, and engineering decision-making activities. Prepare and support technical documentation, reviews, and briefings for stakeholders. Requires Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
