Job Summary
Requirements gathering and documentation while engaging with customers and developers to ensure requirements are met. Manage sprint planning and retrospectives, facilitate internal meetings, and work with customer management to communicate status and identify priorities. Collaborate with the DevOps team to capture and update tasking in JIRA, leveraging experience with Confluence and JIRA. Fourteen years of systems engineering experience in programs and contracts is required, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent substituted. Required Qualifications
- Fourteen (14) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Experience using Confluence and JIRA
- Requirements gathering and documentation
