Job Summary
Lead system engineering for residential wall hung boiler products, defining and managing requirements, functional specifications, and system architecture; develop boiler control logic and integrate mechanical, electrical, and software functions; lead system-level verification and validation; interface with internal teams and external suppliers; maintain documentation via Jira and Docupedia; support cross-functional project delivery; assist issue investigation and root cause analysis during product development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power and energy engineering, Control Engineering, or related disciplines
- Experience in system engineering, product development, or controls engineering, with boiler, HVAC, or related industries experience will be a big plus
- Good understanding of residential HVAC systems, product functions, and control strategies, boiler experience will be a plus
- Familiar with electronic control systems, including PCB architecture, embedded software, and HMI concepts
- Experience working with external suppliers and managing technical requirements
- Familiar with requirement management and product development processes
- Experience with Jira, or similar engineering management tools is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
