System Engineer (Feature Owner) in AUTOMOTIVE

Lead the development of a feature by serving as the technical contact point for external and internal stakeholders, translating customer needs and applicable standards into actionable system requirements. Assess and clarify functional requirements in collaboration with system architecture and requirements managers, representing the feature area in technical discussions during RFI and RFQ phases. Coordinate use-case and feature development along the roadmap with the SW Lead, Test Team, and Project Manager, while deriving and prioritizing implementation tasks. Ensure technical consistency across requirements, architecture, and implementation, evaluating non-functional requirements and confirming release readiness from a functional perspective. Support customer solutions, sales, and advanced engineering during concept phases and joint development programs with OEMs. This senior role requires a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in embedded systems within the automotive domain. The position is based in Athens with a hybrid work model and requires occasional travel.
