Job Summary
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive while managing enterprise Windows endpoints via Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and Group Policy. Perform Windows 11 deployments, OS upgrades, endpoint imaging, and software packaging, then deploy monthly security patches and compliance policies across the enterprise. Provide hands-on technical support for endpoint incidents and infrastructure issues, assist with technology rollouts and M365 migration initiatives, and coordinate with infrastructure, security, and regional IT teams to deliver projects. Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and asset records. Requires 5+ years of experience in System Engineering or End User Computing with strong proficiency in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and M365 administration. Fluent Cantonese and English communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in System Engineering, End User Computing, or Workplace Technology within an enterprise environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience managing Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, and Windows endpoints
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 deployment, patch management, endpoint compliance, and device imaging
- Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment
- Good troubleshooting skills with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Fluent Cantonese and good English communication skills
