Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement software development tools while analyzing system performance standards, data usage, and work processes. Lead problem investigation and resolution for Tier 3 support in a globally distributed enterprise environment, conferring with users and management to derive system requirements. Configure Microsoft Active Directory services, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing, alongside Azure cloud infrastructure and IaaS support. Create detailed design documents, test plans, implementation plans, and standard operating procedures. Maintain a Security Clearance (WP) and demonstrate rapid mastery of new applications and technologies.

- Eight (8) or more years engineering experience in the design, development and implementation of software development tools
- Experience developing and testing software solutions

- Experience conferring with users and management to derive system requirements
- Experience in problem investigation and resolution
- Experience with cloud/server/network implementation

- Experience with Active roles Server (ARS)
- Experience providing Tier 3 support in an enterprise level, globally distributed environment
- Experience creating quality Detailed Design documents
- Experience creating Test Plans
- Experience creating Implementation Plans
- Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning and rapidly mastering new applications and technology
- Must currently have and be able to maintain a Security Clearance(WP)
- Bachelors + 8 years' experience OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
