Job Summary
Respond to technical assistance requests via phone, email, and chat while managing incidents and acting as a liaison between users and escalation teams. Troubleshoot issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Cisco phones, virtual ESX servers, and Microsoft Office applications including Teams and O365. Maintain ticket documentation hygiene, follow up on open incidents, and escalate problems to appropriate teams. Work extended hours and rotational shifts as business needs dictate.
