Job Summary
Lead engineering requirement translation, specification, and implementation for custom software and hardware controlling automated testing systems. Manage a cross-functional team of Applications and Design Engineers for hardware interfaces, providing direction, coordination, and planning for project conception through completion. Capture customer requirements and specifications, review product documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as IPC. Diagnose technical issues, analyze data to propose design changes for performance improvements, and interface with customers and manufacturing teams. Take ownership of project schedules, milestones, and goals while maintaining high attention to detail. Requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in circuit design and high-level programming languages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of IPC standards
- Experience with a high-level programming language
- Proficiency in circuit design and analysis
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
