Job Summary
System Engineer at CIS Group – ICT Company in Jal El Dib. Responsibilities include identifying, documenting, communicating then mitigating system incidents; ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems; overseeing continuous service level improvement initiatives for core processes and mission-critical systems; performing asset management and maintaining server room assets; supporting employees and stakeholders for IT malfunctions. Technologies and skills include MS Azure Administration, O365 Administration, MySQL Server, Windows Server, Exchange Server, SCCM/SCOM, Active Directory, Microsoft certifications; hardware and virtualization environments (HP servers/storage, VMware, Hyper-V); backup and security tooling (Veeam, antivirus), and cloud migration. Languages: Arabic, English, with French as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or communications engineering
- 3-5 years of experience
- Languages: Arabic, English, French (a plus)
- Excellent project management skills
- Solid working knowledge of MS Azure Administration, O365 Administration, MySQL Server administration, Windows Server administration, Exchange Server, SCCM, SCOM, Active Directory
- Microsoft Certification
- Hardware: HP server/blade server, HP storage (EVA, MSA, 3Par...), HP PCs, laptops, printers
- Veeam Backup, VMware, Cluster Hyper-V
- Security and Patching
- Cloud migration
