Job Summary
Facilitate agile processes as an Authoritative Data Sources (ADS) Scrum Master by leading sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog refinement while removing blockers. Act as the direct liaison between Government leadership and the development team to establish priorities, manage stakeholder engagement, and communicate dependencies. Conduct User Acceptance Testing and functional testing, develop test plans, and validate features before release. Maintain system records, documentation, and the Confluence space while managing helpdesk operations and training users. Prepare schedule inputs and communicate risks to the Freedom Program Management team.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- A bachelor's degree
- Seven (7) years of experience as a system engineer
- Twelve (12) years of system engineering experience
- Experience leading agile development ceremonies
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of Linux server environment
- Kubernetes infrastructure knowledge
- Experience closely collaborating with the Government customer
- Experience managing systems hosted in virtual environments such as AWS
- Experience with testing methodologies (Selenium, Cypress)
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Confluence & Jira
