System Engineer (AUTO)

Support development and management of requirements for transmissionsystems, ensuring traceability and consistency. Decompose vehicle requirements to transmission level requirements up to subsystem and domain requirements (hardware, software, mechanical). Maintain and update requirement databases using Polarion while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to define, document, and refine technical requirements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements, and assist in validation and verification processes by linking requirements to test cases and reports. Generate dashboards for tracking and review, and support process improvements in requirement management and system engineering practices. Master degree in Engineering or equivalent required, with experience in requirement management, preferably in the automotive or transmission development sector.
