Job Summary
Lead agentic AI solution development to automate research, analysis, and data workflows while creating intuitive natural language interfaces for complex Knowledge Graphs. Engineer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) architectures and manage Trellix HX controllers within air-gapped networks, applying analytics to uncover actionable insights. Migrate and manage data in cloud-hosted environments using AWS services, leveraging technical targeting and interactive data visualization to transform data science outputs into decision-support tools. Maintain compliance with DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II or III standards and manage OpenIOC and YARA rules for advanced hunting. This role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph and 20 years of Systems Engineering experience in federal programs. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in Windows, Linux, and macOS internals, including file systems and registry structures. Wyetech supports federal government customers across multiple U.S. states and OCONUS locations, offering a 20% automatic SEP IRA contribution and up to 200 hours of annual PTO.
Required Qualifications

- Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience (substitutable for a bachelor's degree)
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) Expertise
- Proven engineering experience with MDE architecture
- deployment strategies via MECM/SCCM or Intune

- Trellix HX Expertise
- Demonstrated experience engineering, deploying, and managing Trellix HX (formerly FireEye) controllers and agents
