Job Summary
Triage and analyze end-user COMINT, ELINT, and FISINT collection, identification, and location requirements for military mobile platforms. Assist stakeholders in refining technical capability requirements, evaluate commercial solution alternatives, and conduct feasibility analysis for procurement and project execution courses of action. Review technical documentation, KPPs, and test plans while contributing to tactical sensor capability systems architectures. Lead foreign partner tactical SIGINT sensor projects from requirements through proposal reviews, basis of estimate analysis, and project delivery. Requires Level 2 designation with fourteen years of experience, a bachelor's degree, and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Required Qualifications
- Tactical SIGINT Systems Engineer Level 2
- Fourteen (14) years' experience as a Tactical SIGINT Systems Engineer
- Operator experience
- Testing Engineering experience
- Supporting military tactical mobile platforms (air, land, sea)
- Experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in SIGINT
- Bachelor's degree in RF Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Degree from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Polygraph clearance
