Job Summary
Support customers integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services by aiding development teams in resolving REST Service integration issues and troubleshooting incorrect access grants or denials. Utilize JIRA for ticket management while providing support via email, chat, and phone. Analyze system applications to perform troubleshooting, modify Confluence pages for technical documentation, and educate customers on software capabilities and defined needs. Work independently to resolve complex puzzles involving LDAP directories, SQL querying, and PKI within a federal government and Intel community environment.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
