Job Summary
Oversee hospital case management departments and direct operations across four facilities, including hiring, training, and performance management of leadership staff. Develop and implement case management policies, procedures, and strategic goals while driving LOS initiatives and denial management strategies with revenue cycle and physician leadership. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintain current clinical competencies, and provide comprehensive reporting on KPIs, avoidable delays, and metrics to executives. Collaborate with community partners, physicians, and hospital executives to build trust and execute quality improvement plans. Manage financial resources, including labor and productivity, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and utilizing AIDET principles in all patient and family interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Clinical Nursing
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in case management
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a supervisory capacity or higher
